We enjoyed a very restful and relaxing weekend in Albuquerque. The gas log fireplace was used a lot since it snowed. Easy and delightful! Guests should be aware that there is no local network television access that we could figure out, so it was not possible to watch sports on the networks over the Thanksgiving weekend, which was a little bit of a disappointment. All the streaming services were available, and the house itself is wonderful. Highly recommend!

This property made our Albuquerque visit a nice vacation. Great location near the Sandia mountains made this trip very enjoyable. The second floor patio was nice for evening sitting and looking at the mountains and star watching at night. Access to stores on Eubank and surrounding streets a plus. Living room and kitchen areas makes it very easy to feel at home with entertainment from the TV and cooking and dining. We had a fantastic time staying here!

Highly recommend! Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the close proximity to open space for hiking/running. Nearby grocery store and coffee shop a plus! Michelle was very responsive and we appreciated that she was able to accomodate an early checkin for us.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this property is one of the best. It’s located in a good and quite neighborhood with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare a meal or have coffee in the morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

We had a great family holiday while visiting relatives in the Albuquerque area. The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and celebrating Christmas with the rest of the family. Being so close to the shopping center at Eubank and Juan Tabo made it easy to get supplies and walk to places for a meal. The home is well maintained, clean, in a safe neighborhood, and has a great view of the Sandia Mountains. Thanks for the great place to stay!

We visit our ABQ family often and have stayed at many properties, but this was by far the best stay we have had in the area—it is a very comfortable, nicely updated, and well equipped home! Lots of upscale kitchen appliances (Keurig w frother, air fryer, quality cookware, etc.), smart tvs in all rooms, great laundry room, very nice towels, linens, and beds—really, nothing was lacking and everything was very clean and stylish. We were there in December and loved the fireplace. It will definitely be our first choice stay the next time we visit, and we highly recommend.

We stayed here during the Balloon Fiesta, and it was a great location for the Hoffmantown Church Park & Ride (10 mins), Sandia Tramway, and other things we wanted to do in ABQ. Neighborhood felt safe, and we even walked on sidewalks to the nearby Walgreen's and Smith's grocery. A couple of restaurants, a DQ, gas, and other businesses were in the same shopping center. The home itself was very clean, well stocked, roomy, and had comfortable beds, pillows, and seating. The five of us are 65 -75 yrs old and managed the steps to the bedrooms just fine, but we greatly appreciated the downstairs 1/2 bath. The backyard and balcony were great for enjoying the views. Highly recommend!

House is located on a cul-de-sac with unobstructed view of mountains. Peaceful backyard & balcony. Comfortable beds & adequately stocked kitchen. House is only 7-minutes away from running trailhead. We would definitely stay in this house again!

We loved this house! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The communication with the manager was excellent and check-in was smooth. The backyard was very quiet and private. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Balloon Fiesta park so the location was very convenient. The area around the house seemed safe and had things like grocery stores and parks.

We were in need of a short-term rental during a home renovation. This property was clean, well-appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, and VERY comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this property, and would consider putting my family there if we had a large gathering in the area and needed a place for extra guests.

We needed a two month stay while our new home was being built. We knew NOTHING of Albuquerque, but somehow managed to find ourselves a GEM! Quiet and safe neighborhood very close to shopping, restaurants, breweries - we were spoiled by our "random" choice! Also an amazing sanctuary of a backyard where we could relax and enjoy the marvelous mountain views. You won't go wrong with Bartonwood!

Perfect base for us to support our hiking, museuming, hiking, dining, hiking and other curious-human exploration activities in the northern half of the state. Well kept, very clean, well appointed in a great neighborhood location convenient to just about anything you could need/want. Owner is super and easy to communicate with.
