The third level is home to an oversized Master Bedroom suite with a King sized bed, oversized closet and en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with Full over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Each have their own adjoining bathrooms. A laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer finishes off the third floor. The first level of the home has a garage for two tandem parked cars and an outdoor area for grilling with the supplied Weber charcoal grill. We also have beach towels, chairs, wagon, and beach toys.
