Awesome house for a big group. They thought of everything to make everyone comfortable - from multiple king-size beds and private baths in every room to a great working kitchen with two refrigerators and an ice machine. Nice spot on the lake - we rented a big pontoon boat and everyone enjoyed the water. The management company was top notch and made everything easy.

We are a group of friends that meet up twice a year. This house was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen…..everything we needed was here! When the stamp of approval was given by a Food Network alum, you know you booked the right house! Our accommodations were top tier! We have never booked the same house twice but everyone wants to return. So, see you soon Hot Spings and our favorite rental in the 6 years we have been traveling together.

The house had everything, plenty of rooms, seating, double ovens, double refrigerators, double DISHWASHERS! Every room was immaculate and designed for comfort and fun, with great lake views and so many amenities.

Our Stay at 604 Bayshore Dr. was probably the best family vacation we have experienced. The family of 13 adults and 10 children (ages 14-2) had plenty of room, privacy and entertainment. The bunk room was a favorite for the younger ones and beds (queen over queen) very well built and safe. The pool was amazing, as well as the other outdoor activity areas. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for 2 days which added to the entertainment. Sunsets are gorgeous from the decks of this house! We enjoyed cooking all evening meals in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. The downtown area of Hot Springs have some great shopping areas, as well as restaurants among the old bath houses. Family members enjoyed different hikes. Seth was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions! We hope to return for another summer trip to this wonderful property?

This house is absolutely amazing! We were here for a week for a family reunion (16 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 86yo to 3 mo old) ). This property has everything that you would want and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc… The elevator makes it friendly for those who have impaired mobility and is great for getting the suitcases up to the upper floors. The beds were really comfortable, even the bunkbeds! Having a washer and dryer on each floor that has bedrooms was extremely convenient. The house is perfect for kids of all ages and having the boat dock available was awesome when we rented a boat for a couple of days. The air conditioner in the house was fantastic, which is important in Arkansas in July. We really can’t think of anything wrong with this property. Our only suggestion is that if you are sleeping in the bunk room, bring some long extension cords if you want to plug in your phone and have it next to you on the bed (no outlets near the upper bunks).
We especially want to mention that Seth, the property manager, is extremely responsive and really friendly.
We have had family reunions multiple times all around the country, renting large houses like this, and this was by far the best rental we have had. We are already planning our next reunion and plan to come back here!

We have rented homes for twenty years for family gatherings, and this gorgeous and comfortable home is the best we have ever found. Our whole group (ages four to ninety) loved playing in the pool and lake. The house sits on a quiet cove great for paddle boards and floating. The views of the sunsets are amazing!The 8 bedrooms provided ample room for several families. We had 13 people, but we think we could have fit 19 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked, has plenty of seating, and double refrigerators, ovens, ice makers, and microwaves. There are no bedrooms on the kitchen and living room level, so the elevator was very helpful for one adult who needed it.Great restaurants and groceries are 10-15 minutes away. Seth was very responsive. Truly a gem.

We had a large group of 4 families. Ages from 1-75. This house was perfect! Plenty of room, lots of things to do at the house if you want a break from the lake. Close to restaurants by boat and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs! Seth, the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had! Definitely will be back!

We had the absolute best time on our trip! The amenities were incredible. We had everything we needed at the house. And with 11 adults and 9 kids, it was the perfect amount of space and fun. Seth was so responsive and helpful! And The double appliances in the kitchen were the real VIP.

The home was beautiful. The number and type of rooms were perfect for a multiple family stay. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space and there were plenty of common spaces for everyone to hang out together. The kids LOVED the pool and the yard area. While we didn’t catch many fish, we still enjoyed the easy access to the lake and the kids fished, swam, and played every night.

Spent a fun week in this house with my 5 adult children, their spouses and nine grandchildren to celebrate my 70th. Rented a boat and tube and the kids had the time of their lives! We did venture out to horseback ride and hike but could have stayed at the house all week. Seth, the houses agent was absolutely fabulous to deal with. So willing to help in any area. We will definately be back!

This home was truly amazing! But I would like to note that you cannot heat the pool. We had several kids and visited in March a and they were super bummed to not be able to swim in the pool. There is a hot tub but it is small.

Everyone and everything was just as it appeared! Beautiful home, close to everything, Seth was very responsive! We had 3 grandkids under 6 and the game room, putting green and fishing off the dock were big hits….not to mention a beautiful park just 8 minutes away!

This is a new building that is everything extra special in every way. Beautiful in setting overlooking the lake. Decorated to the tens. Full kitchen with two of everything ( ice maker, dish washer, Refrigerator.and so on). A real joy to the eyes and comfort of all. The manager, Seth, was extremely helpful and professional.Our whole group left with a plan to return in the Summer for a longer stay. We thank Vrbo for the great place.

Great House for Large Group
Our group of 15+ very much enjoyed our stay. Check-In was simple, communication was excellent and the house was very well stocked.
The property itself has an amazing view of the lake, a great pool area and comfortable living areas. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design of the house. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect for big family gatherings
Our family loves this property and it’s perfect for multiple families with kids. The pool is nice, lake clean, house nice and roomy with lots of beds, bathrooms and living space. The property manager was responsive and friendly — we asked for a ladder on the lake dock and the next day they installed one. Would 100% recommend this place. We’ll be back!

Wonderful accommodations
This was a great house. Plenty of bedrooms and private baths. Great kitchen with the best dishes, cooking utensils, double dishwashers, stoves, sinks, refrigerator and freezers and ICE MAKERS! The beds and sheets were fantastic. The pool and hot tub was a hit and the lakeside sunset view was fabulous. You will not be disappointed.
