Living room with ceiling fan, cable high-def tv (4K in living room), comfortable seating with sofa and 2 recliners, 2 sliders on either side of fireplace (electric) to covered patio. Adjoining dining area for 4 with large window overlooking greenbelt. Small well-equipped u-shaped kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, disposal, dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, ceiling fan with light.
