Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!) * PETS: Dogs accepted with advance approval, plus a $250 pet deposit and a $100 per trip pet fee. Deposit negotiable depending upon your pet. Guests must agree to our Pet Policies. * SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours. * DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know.
