Nestled in Vancouver, this charming house for $175 per night is a great option for your next trip. Brand new, stylish, super clean home in a dead end street with a beautiful view from the back porch of the commercial side of town. Located in a heart of the historical Vancouver downtown, central and close to everything. It features an open concept living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, walk in pantry. It has many small appliances like air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more. With 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms this place comfortably accommodates 6 guests. All brand new appliances across the whole house, washer and dryer, brand new mattresses and all other furniture. It has everything you might need for your short or long term stay. Garage is also available for long term stays. Outdoor area provides a covered patio with seating furniture as well as a firepit with some lounge chairs. Please note this house has a guest suite attached on the side that's rented out separately. It has its own separate entry and backyard. No spaces are shared. Also, the railroad in the commercial zone might cause some noise. Some people love it, some doesn't enjoy it as much.

The pictures do not do justice to this home. I was blown away by how spacious the house was. It was perfect for our trip to the area and gave us plenty of space as well as clean and updated accomodations. As a mom of two young kids, I appreciated that the house is clutter free and though well decorated, has minimal nick-nacks to temp my little ones. Checking in and out was very easy and house rules were standard.

House was very clean and even nicer than the photos. Great layout with 1 bedroom and full bath on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 2 more full baths upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood. The trains down the hill behind the house were almost not heard at all and were not an issue. We would definitely use this home again when in the area!

If this home is available, book it! We had a good time during our stay and the home was perfect for our family. Like mentioned in previous reviews, there are trains but we did not find loud. The kids actually enjoyed hearing them come by. We liked the easy access to I5 into Portland for food and events. The home is nicely decorated and had very comfy pillows/beds! Kitchen was stock with many appliances and tools to cook all our meals. Lana was very easy to contact and also communicate with. She also left fresh flowers at check in. We plan to book again!

Our family stayed a week at this beautiful, brand new, and very clean property over the thanksgiving holiday. We love to cook and were pleased with the setup and tools provided in the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We loved the fire pit in the back yard and the corn hole game. Lana was the perfect host and check in/check out was very simple. The only drawback was the noise from the nearby rail yard, although we were fascinated by all the activity. Bring earplugs!

A pleasant stay in a modern new home with all the necessities. One queen bedroom downstairs with access to a full bath. Other bedrooms upstairs. Nice deck and small yard. Located up the hill from a train yard -- could catch a peek from the family room windows. With windows closed, not too noisy. Easy access to highways and services. Host is very responsive to questions.

Delightful place for 6 people. Clean lines, well styled with wonderful gathering place inside and on raised deck. Impressively stocked kitchen for a new listing. Comfortable beds. Although it is near the train yards and industry, the external sound is minimal due to well-insulated build. Even outside the noise is simply typical of a busy suburb. Appropriate placement for vacation rental. Easy access to Portland and airport. Loved being in a tree filled area near a grocery store and coffee/wine bar with easy access to downtown Vancouver and moderately easy to Portland sights.
