Had an awesome stay here last weekend with my brother. The lake was a tad smaller than I was expecting, but we honestly loved it—it made getting around on the provided kayaks super easy. The back deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and just hanging out as the sun went down. The hot tub on the property is really well-maintained and was exactly what we needed after a day on the water.We got some rain one evening, and watching the storm roll in from the sunroom off the back of the house was actually really nice. Everything inside worked perfectly. Great water pressure and seriously endless hot water, which is always a win.The proximity to Ann Arbor was also fantastic. We headed over there during the trip, grabbed some of the best Reubens I've ever had, and hit up a really cool arcade called Pinball Pete's.Highly recommend this place and would absolutely go back!

I stayed here for a month and i wasn't dissapointed...the back yard leading onto the lake is lovely and perfect for either quiet reflection, or a family gathering....The owners were very responsive and looked out for all my needs.The inside is older so please dont expect an updated look, and theres only one bathroom, so when the family were up, we needed to syncronise....outside of that i loved my month....

I live in California, originally from Michigan. I wanted a central house on a lake that my Michigan family could relax and enjoy with me. This place exceeded my wildest expectations! So peaceful and quiet in the early morning and the floating deck was just right for relaxing and letting the kids play. The paddle boat was a great way to build water confidence for the teens I had visiting. The neighbors were so very helpful from offering a net to help look for lost jewelry to giving the kids magical colors packets for the fire pit. The house has 3 bedrooms and the sofa has a comfortable pullout. We had a slight problem with the hot tub and the owners were there quickly and resolved it right away. Just cannot say enough about this magical little cottage!
