The spa can always be heated at no cost. Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required. No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews or approval from host. Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance. No pets are allowed at the home. No smoking is allowed on the property.
