Situated in Durango, this attractive condo for $113 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** City of Durango LUP#202000405 Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom Ferringway condominium is clean, tastefully updated and comfortable, with room for comfort and in a near downtown location. Bed Configuration: Bedroom #1 - King bed with full bath Bedroom #2 - Queen / twin bunk bed Inside the one-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Included in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. A bedroom and bathroom are on each level. There is a washer and dryer are inside this condo. Outside the front entry to this home, is a private and covered balcony, with outdoor furniture to provide outdoor living space. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo. The Ferringway shared hot tub and heated swimming pool are located a short walk away, and the pool deck has plenty of room for lounging. Also at the pool area are multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space for fun and enjoyment without having to leave the grounds. Easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. Hillcrest Golf Club, Durango’s premier public golf course, is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College. POOL IS OPEN MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. A five-minute drive reaches Historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes visitors to Purgatory Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. The Fort Lewis College campus is a 3-minute drive away. Whether visiting Durango for skiing, summer Rocky Mountain adventures, attending a wedding, graduation at Fort Lewis College, riding the Durango Train or visiting Mesa Verde National Park, playing golf, hiking and mountain biking on local trails, this Durango near downtown condominium is a great choice to stay in a spacious, comfortable, and cozy vacation rental home. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Great proximity to FLC! Also, close to downtown Durango. Homey little place that accommodated 4 of us just fine. Although we ran out of the time to use it, the real wood fireplace was an unexpected treat. The actual unit was a bit difficult to find (though there was a snow storm in progress), and could have been a bit cleaner (sheets and pillows thrown on upper shelf of closet but not enough to justify less than 5 stars - still quite clean). The management company was communicative (perhaps 1 or 2 too many texts), prompt, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great property, good floor plan, comfy furniture, nice decor, and quiet. My wife loved that all the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were labeled. She also appreciated the amenities in kitchen and laundry (could use a pantry though). Pool was closed but we did use the hot tub. Would stay again. Thank you!

This property is one of the most organized places we have been to. We really appreciated the hostess’s labeling of all the draws in the kitchen which was also very well stocked. We would like to come back at some point. We highly recommend this property. Thank you.

This Condo looks great on pictures but better in person. It's Super clean! The layout was perfect for our Friends, couple, meeting us there. I had searched the Internet for a couple of hours to find the best accomodations with value and location without skimping on comfort. This place did it for us. We cooked a few times and only needed the groceries as it comes with all needed for cooking. We gathered at night in the big living area and had our meals at a large table. We sat outside on the nice sized private deck overlooking a small well manicured court yard Thank you to the owners who made this such a great place to rest after a long days of site seeing. We hope to be back!

This is a good location that was convenient to Main Street in Durango. The condo was quiet, and had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The only downside was the thin blinds in both bedrooms that made the rooms as bright as day. We never got a good night’s sleep the entire week. Some blackout blinds in both bedrooms would make the place a perfect retreat.

The condo was spacious, well stocked, clean. Aveda hair products. Felt very safe. The mattresses were adequate but not great. Pleasant location for my morning walks. Really appreciated being able to do laundry in the residence. Spacious kitchen for cooking meals. This is the first floor of a multi level unit and we sometimes heard noise from the floor above. Parking is not covered. We never had a problem finding a parking spot near our condo. The pool and hot tub are not far from this unit and are secured. A pool gate key was provided.

The home is closely located to many activities in Durango. The place is clean and had plenty of space for my family to gather. We will consider booking here again in the future

Needs updating. Sofa springs gone.. can’t get up and out of sofa and other living room chairs. Bed pillows hard as rock and smell like used foam rubber. Nice new toilets. Kitchen well equipped and nice to cook in. Herd of buffalo living over master bedroom and rally late at night. All cabinets need a coat of paint. No bugs..nice laundry and ironing board..

Our place was very clean and had plenty of extra towels, supplies, pots and pans, etc. Comfy rooms for the kids and parents. We loved the added touch of books and movies. Overall very quiet and peaceful. It's the 1st floor of a condo so you can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs. The condo didn't have much of a view except of other condos, but we thought the location was excellent. The road leads straight into downtown Historic Durango and you can be there in less than 5 minutes (driving). We would stay definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this condo while teaching a week long workshop at FLC. The kitchen had all you need, and the cable tv was a fun throwback.

The condo was nice, enough comfortable couches and chairs for the three of us. The bed situation, the primary bedroom and bath were excellent, the double on the bottom bunk was good, no adult should get on the top bunk unless they are under 150lb, the pull out couch needs a new mattress and a new coffee pot (lid kept falling off) would make this place perfect. Great location into town and the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Thank you, the place was so clean, we felt very at home, we will be back.
