Enjoy your favorite show or music on 55” TV with richly detailed sonos sound system. * Gather with your family and friends in the roomy dining and fully stocked kitchen areas. Rest on comfortable soft cabin-themed quilt sets in both bedrooms. * Working on this vacation or just need to check your e-mail? The condo is equipped with high speed wi-fi. Overall our stay in the condo was good. We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the condo, could have used a proper set of drinking glasses, but the overall property was tired and not well maintained (missing tiles in the hot tub and pool, broken lattice, needed painting). Location was excellent however!

This was a great place! Clean and perfect for our friends trip. Right next to the trolley station for easy access to downtown.

Property is as advertised, rustic, clean, good location. Property manager was responsive, allowed us to check in early when we arrived as property was ready. We found a supply of coffee for our stay at the property which was a nice bonus. We wanted a/c and the units were installed in each bedroom and living room making our stay comfortable when the weather was hot during the day. We would stay her again if visiting the area as it had everything we needed.

We were in town for a family funeral and this was a great home away from home for us. There is only one flight of stairs to access this unit. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub. We had only one very minor way it could have been improved - we wished there were extra sets of towels available.

Property was just as it was described. Worked perfectly for the four of us to relax and unwind after our long days out and about. Easy and quick drive up from Main Street in Durango. Being as close as it is to the college, even though we observed the "quiet hours" the college itself didn't with their Saturday night concert. Luckily the home theater system was able to easily drown that out. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future (if/when we decide to take another trip without pets).

This location was perfect for a small group of friends. Located close to Downtown Durango. Easy access to town and very close to Fort Lewis College along with many other activities. The property was well kept and maintained. Included pool and hot tub area. Exceeding our needs and expectations. Would 10/10 recommend.
