The Space: • 1,170 sqft • sanitized, contact-free self-check-in • full kitchen, washer/dryer, tv • fast & stable wifi Managed by | Marbella Lane | full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 3 bedrooms • 1.5 bath • 1 kitchen Additional notes: You will have access to the entire second floor with its own private entrance. The backyard is only for the tenant of the first floor. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire second floor except for a few closets, cabinets that we have locked. No access to the Garage or first floor. The Neighborhood: • walking distance to King's Plaza, where you can find a lot of restaurants and supermarket. •minutes drive to the City of San Francisco, close to malls, restaurants, freeway, beach and San Francisco Zoo. Getting Around: A car is recommended. Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We promptly respond to messages, calls or e-mails.

My parents and I came into Daly City to see my daughters graduation from SFSU. The property was in a good location and we were able to get around really well. The only thing I would say is this unit might not be for elderly people. The stairs were a bit scary. They were concrete rock and steep. The shower was very difficult to get into and the water spout was hard to reach for anyone. It was also very slippery. There was no place to set our luggage , no luggage racks. If you didn’t completely unpack and hang your clothes they needed to stay in your luggage on the floor. The kitchen was a nice size as well as the dining area. Just a few things to note with the shower that could be a big concern for some.
