Nestled in Chico, this lovely bed and breakfast for $94 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Private second story guest house, tucked away in the lush backyard of a Historic Craftsman home. Located just minutes from Bidwell Park & Downtown Chico. Guests enjoy a designated parking spot and their own garden gate entrance. With a full kitchen, bright natural light, and private garden seating, this home offers luxury and comfort for the most discerning traveler. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or nestling in for a longer stay, the Magnolia Guesthouse is sure to be a perfect fit! Stairs are a necessary aspect of this listing. Please be mindful of this when booking. The lower level of the building is not occupied and is used for storage. I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all! Chico's 'Golden Triangle' is situated between Bidwell Park & Downtown, making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town. Mature trees, shaded sidewalks, and craftsman homes offer a pleasant backdrop for a stroll to dinner or a lunch in the park. The Magnolia Guesthouse & balcony is your own private space. The mature and manicured garden is shared, however there is a separate seating area for Magnolia guest's private use. The lower level of the building is not occupied and is used for storage. Please be mindful of noise when checking in, please no loud voices or car doors slamming. We're coming into springtime, and the magnolia trees are blooming! The balcony of the guesthouse looks out into the flowers, offering a serene and beautiful view. + Get the job done with dedicated, blazing fast internet in a bright and peaceful setting + Walk to Downtown and Lower Bidwell Park from this perfectly located hidden gem + Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner, Body & Hand soaps provided + Organic Keurig Coffee This is a second story guest house, tucked away in the backyard of a Historic Craftsman home. Guests have a designated parking spot, and their own garden gate entrance. The heart of this home is the enormous kitchen, finished in stone countertops and new stainless appliances. Prepare your meals in abundant natural light thanks to the French doors, leading to the private patio dining area. Wake in the King Sized Bed with an unobstructed view of mature Magnolia trees, enjoy breakfast in the garden and evenings on the patio with a glass of wine. This home was thoughtfully built for a comfortable long term stay - with a walk in closet, en suite full bath, and generously sized living space. The Magnolia Guest House is a true gem. Perfectly located in one of Chico's most desirable neighborhoods. Chico has a multitude of excellent bike routes and is very walkable and drivable. The B-Line local bus service has a stop just four blocks away.

The place is adorable. Felt like we were in a treehouse. The gardens, trees amazing. Very quiet, tranquil, and comfortable. The cottage had everything we could have needed. Very clean, new and comfortable. Having a private shady driveway to park in was a bonus. Will definitely recommend to friends. We feel so lucky to have found this gem! Thank you.

Stayed here with my sister while in town for a family weekend at my daughters sorority. Close to the action uteri removed enough for privacy. Space surrounded by a gorgeous garden and lovely dogwood trees! Definitely would stay here again. Loved!

We would stay here again in an instant. Up to date beautifully decorated. Just be willing to climb stairs with luggage. Absolutely loved staying here
