Welcome to Pecos Lane by Wolf Retreats, a remodeled 1960s Scottsdale ranch made for spending time with family and friends—just minutes from Old Town.

Spend sunny days in your private pool, BBQ and relax on the patio, or catch the game outside. When the sun goes down, head to the WOLF DEN with its huge 86" 4K TV and PlayStation.

Add a spacious gourmet kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, flexible sleeping options and Old Town's dining, shopping and entertainment minutes away, and you have a Scottsdale getaway that's just as much fun to stay in as it is to go out.

THE WOLF DEN

This is where Pecos Lane gets its playful side.

The oversized Wolf Den is a dedicated entertainment and gathering space featuring a huge 86" 4K Smart TV and PlayStation—perfect for movie nights, sports, gaming or simply giving part of the group their own place to hang out.

The oversized couch can also comfortably sleep up to 2 guests, adding another flexible sleeping option when you need it.

PRIVATE POOL + OUTDOOR LIVING

Arizona sunshine is a big part of the Pecos Lane experience.

Spend the afternoon in your private play pool, stretch out on the loungers, enjoy the grassy yard or challenge the group to a game of cornhole.

The covered patio extends the living space outdoors with an HD TV, so you don't have to head inside when the game starts.

When it's time to eat, fire up the built-in gas BBQ and enjoy dinner outside. Pool towels, loungers and pool toys are provided.

Optional pool heat is available for an additional fee.

GOURMET KITCHEN

The bright, spacious kitchen is made for gathering and equipped with upgraded appliances and plenty of room to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before exploring Scottsdale to dinner at home with the whole group.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and the essentials you'll need during your stay.

Prefer to cook outside? The built-in gas BBQ makes grilling by the pool easy.

3 BEDROOMS + FLEXIBLE SLEEPING

Pecos Lane has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—but one of the things we especially love about the house is how much flexibility it gives families and groups when it's time to sleep.

In addition to the bedrooms, we provide both a Twin rollaway bed and Queen air mattress that can be set up where they work best for your group.

The primary bedroom also has an unusually large attached walk-in closet—nearly the size of a bedroom itself—with its own window and barn door. It's a convenient option for setting up either the Twin rollaway or Queen air mattress when your group would like an additional private sleeping space.

The oversized couch in the Wolf Den can also comfortably sleep up to 2 guests.

Traveling with kids, teens, grandparents or friends? These extra sleeping options allow you to configure the house in the way that works best for your group rather than having everyone squeezed into the bedrooms.

Fresh linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels are provided.

ENTERTAINMENT + 1 GIG WIFI

There's no shortage of screens at Pecos Lane.

The home features 3 large 4K Smart TVs—including 86", 65" and 55" screens—so there's plenty of room to spread out for sports, movies and favorite shows.

Enjoy 1 Gig high-speed Wi-Fi along with Hulu Sports/Live TV, Netflix and streaming capabilities.

The Wolf Den's PlayStation adds another option when you're ready for a little friendly competition.

COMFORT + AMENITIES

We've stocked Pecos Lane with the conveniences that make settling into a vacation home easy.

You'll find fresh linens and towels, pool towels, comfortable bedding, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, plus a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay.

The kitchen and outdoor grill are ready for cooking and entertaining, while the multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces give everyone room to enjoy the house their own way.

MINUTES TO OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE

One of the best things about Pecos Lane is its location.

Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away, putting some of the city's best restaurants, sports bars, nightlife, galleries, shops and entertainment within easy reach.

Explore Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Scottsdale ArtWalk and Farmers Market, head toward Talking Stick for even more entertainment, or spend the day discovering Scottsdale's restaurants, golf and outdoor attractions.

Then come home to your own pool, patio and Wolf Den.

SPRING TRAINING

Baseball fans have another reason to love Scottsdale.

The Cactus League brings 15 Major League Baseball teams to the Valley for Spring Training, making Pecos Lane a great home base for catching games while enjoying Scottsdale's beautiful spring weather.

Catch a game during the day, come home for a swim, BBQ by the pool and settle into the Wolf Den for the evening.

STAY IN OR GO OUT? DO BOTH.

That's really what Pecos Lane is about.

Spend the morning exploring Scottsdale. Come home and claim a pool lounger. Fire up the BBQ. Watch the game outside. Then move the group into the Wolf Den for movies or PlayStation.

You don't have to choose between a great location and a house where everyone actually wants to spend time.

POOL HEAT

Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee of $25–$65, depending on the season and outdoor temperatures.

Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we have time to bring the water to temperature. A 2-day minimum applies.

Please do not remove the pool vacuum while swimming—simply move it aside. It is part of the pool's filtration system, and damage can occur if it is improperly removed. A $250 fee may apply for pool equipment damage.

DOG-FRIENDLY

We love welcoming dogs! Up to 3 dogs may join your stay with approval and a $125 pet fee per stay. Breed and age information is required for approval.

Dogs must be house-trained, and guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste. A $25 cleanup fee applies if waste is left behind.

Cats and other animals are not permitted without approval. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee, and guests remain responsible for any additional cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animals may also result in termination of the stay.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Outside visitors require prior written approval.

Parties and events are not permitted, and maximum occupancy requirements must be observed.

QUIET HOURS + NEIGHBORS

Pecos Lane is located in a residential Scottsdale neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors and observe all City of Scottsdale noise requirements.

Guests are responsible for any fines resulting from noise or other violations during their stay.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

POOL + PROPERTY SAFETY

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Guests use the pool and other amenities at their own risk and are responsible for following all provided safety instructions.
