House is fantastic for large family gathering. The drive from front gate to house is hairy, very narrow and steep both ways. But...there is a back gate that can be used that eliminates all of that, but only after you check in upon arrival.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family meet up. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal without any issues at all and I think everyone is still talking about how large and great the kitchen table was. The house is so spacious that it would be a great place for a multi-family trip as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the Helen area.

We were so happy with this property. Perfect for large groups. Loved Loved the dining table. It fit 14 of us around it perfectly! Coffee pot/keurig did not work but we brought pot from downstairs and it was fine. I would suggest a few more dishtowels-1 was inadequate. Had to buy dish soap as it was out. But we loved our time there and will do it again.

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the space the Cinna-Bahn Haus offered. It's not often when we can get our kids together for a vacation so we enjoyed family dinners, game nights, visiting Helen, hiking in Unicoi State Park, and relaxing in the hot tub. The photos are accurate for the house; everything was clean and ready for our visit. We will definitely be back.

The cabin is very cozy and spacious at a great location! The property was very clean and just like the pictures. I would recommend this cabin for others. A few critiques, the cabin still had Christmas decorations in March which was a bit odd. Also, dealing with the gate guards is not a pleasant experience. I had called at a later date to add a car to the property and they didn't have the car on file when we arrived and were rude. One of the upstairs showers didn't have a shower rod a curtain.

We had a great time in this house. It was big enough for all of us. The parking was a little tight for 5 vehicles and one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a door on it but neither of these things affected our stay.

Overall the property is great for larger groups looking for a relaxing and scenic visit. I will point out a few things that should be accounted for: 1) The house has several large, open stairwells which are quite hazardous for smaller children. Our group was forced to go out and purchase an oversized baby gate to seal off these areas. This wasn't a huge issue, but if you are traveling with kids under 5, you should be aware. 2) The house is not stocked with enough towels. Between showering and the hot tub, it would be helpful to simply provide ~50% more towels to avoid unnecessary laundry duty. Again, not a huge issue, but something to consider. Overall a great place with lots of space, close by to Unicoi State Park and the City of Helen itself.

If you are visiting downtown Helen this home is the perfect place! It was only 10 minutes away. This home is tucked away in such a beautiful neighborhood. Lots and lots of deer crossing the roads so drive careful. Kudos to the management company. This house was one of the cleanest VRBO properties we have ever stayed in. The bathrooms are much smaller than expected and one "bedroom" is open upstairs with no privacy so keep that in mind when booking. However, i would stay here again.

Great layout for multiple people to stay! Each couple/kids had their own room and all the amenities were great! Pool table was a big hit! We had a great time and hope to be back again!

This home worked perfectly to accommodate 8 of us attending a conference. We needed plenty of beds & space for minimal sharing and we were able to do this here. The house was very clean and very spacious. Everyone slept comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked. We utilized the spa one evening at it was wonderful. It's a short was drive town and the waterpark. The rental contract is very lengthly which is the only negative. I would defiantly stay in this beautiful home again!

My coworkers and I started doing a group trip three years ago. We all work in an Emergency room as nurses and one respiratory therapist. This past year has been extremely hard with COVID and working short staffed. This getaway was beautiful needed and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This place was ridiculously huge and very convenient for us. It was a very short ride into town and to the waterfalls. We had pretty much everything we needed, except for salt 😂. Thank you so much for this amazing experience and good time off. Everyone in town was so welcoming and friendly.
