To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort and safety. There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for security. If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave. For Guest amount over 6 Adults, there is an air mattress or option to sleep on couch. Extra charges may apply as additional towels, toiletries and sheets are left to accommodate.
