Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 1st floor condo with all the amenities including spacious bedrooms and open living space. Situated at 3rd hole of the London Bridge golf course and lake just a stones throw away. Kitchen, dinette and family room are open and ideal to serve your meals, or to just lounge around the big screen tv. Private paver patio with a BBQ is ideal for grilling. Or take your fixins and family/friends over to the club house to BBQ there and enjoy your choice of indoor or outdoor tables, umbrellas, etc. situated and over looking the huge pool and the two spas which have custom controls that can adjust the jet pressure and water temp to your liking.. If you have a watercraft of your own you want to bring along, there is plenty of short term boat storage parking as well as a complimentary wash rack with everything you'll need to detail your toys before you head home.

Impression of the property- location was amazing with bottom floor access which was very close to our friends who live in the condo’s next door. Interior was as if we just walked into the 70’s and there’s was absolutely zero effect done to modernise the property. The Wi-Fi is scribbled on a piece of paper that never worked. There should’ve been an email with the Wi-Fi. We never got the gate code which was frustrating. The property was clean but don’t forget your house shoes bcz you can’t walk on the carpet without them.

The positives are the location is great and the view was lovely. The negatives: the listing stated a king bed in the master bedroom, it was a queen, Air conditioning didn’t work, the screen door for the patio door is taped up and about to fall apart and the entire condo could use a thorough update. Felt the quality could have been better for the price.

The stay was great, we all agreed that we would come back to stay at Eric’s condo again! It was central to everything, Rotary Park, London Bridge and tons of restaurants across the street!

Stay was great
The Internet password, gate code, and property manager information wasn't correct. We had no TV, wifi or help with questions when we were there. Although we figured out how to get by it would have been nice to have those items. The condo was a great location to the channel and the boardwalk.

Fabulous location, easy access, great manager
It was a wonderful location, within minutes of the marina, easy access. Unit was ground floor and to the edge of the complex, so our boat was literally parked right out the door. Really perfect.

This condo is coveienently located near the chanel and bridge. The ground floor unit patio is great and the gated attended parking lot is a plus. GREAT VALUE in LHC

The owners were nice and easy to work with. We really enjoyed the proximity to walking trails, the channel, park, and restaurants/bars. The resident hiking group was awesome as well as the neighbors and being on the 3rd hole of the golf course. Thank you!
