The unit was clean, simply decorated & furnished & close to Seattle’s Light Rail line. The host was most responsive, immediate & helpful to messages sent. The place was great but for sound carried over between units. Our stay was brief but felt secure & amenities appreciated.

Lovely clean and modern apartment in a new block. Convenient, only about 5 minutes walk to Columbia City station, from where there are very frequent trains direct to the airport (one direction) or downtown (the other). You can park on the residential road directly outside without any limits as well if you have a car. The neighbourhood isn't that great, a bit scruffy and run down, but we had no problems walking to/from the station in daylight. Thanks Nick !

My fiancé and I both really enjoyed our stay here. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you would want/need for your stay. Ample free parking available on street. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Very walkable to stores and restaurants on Ranier. Property was like a nice hotel room with a small kitchen. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nick's Vrbo is an excellent property. Extremely clean and bright, well supplied with the basics in kitchen and bathroom (including hairdryer), an extremely comfortable bed, in a safe neighbourhood less than 5 min walk from Columbia City Lite Rail. There is a great PCC supermarket a few minutes walk with lots of good take out foods, and many affordable restaurants and Brew pubs and coffeeshops are nearby. I will stay there again and look forward to my next visit.

When arriving to the property, it looks clean from the outside and modern. We found parking, always. Our check in time was after 3pm. Unfortunately, when checking the app for passcode to enter the room I had no messages. I called the property contact Nick, left voicemail and sent a couple of texts. I went to check on the property that corresponds me and fortunately there was a Ring Camera where Nick property contact greeted me and apologized for the discrepancy and provided me with the passcode to enter. I was relieved that I was able to get that passcode. My stay was pleasant. The room had the amenities as described. The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. My daughter and I were satisfied with our stay.

This was a great little space, other than the upstairs children banging on the floor, and no cream and sugar for coffee, other than that, this was a fantastic spot. Comfortable bed, and great towels. Thank you.

Nice little space, really close to both the light rail and the restaurants in Columbia City. Not a lot of frills (or space), but we were looking for a home base, and this did the trick.

Great location with an easy walk to restaurants (Loved Jackalope Tex Mex); easy walk to light rail. Studio was clean and had a nice kitchenette. We didn't realize it was a 'lock-off' and when people are in the other larger unit, it's as if they are staying right in your space. Having college girls next to you that party all night was difficult. Not much sleep. Nothing can be done about that, but it's something to consider.

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for my spouse and I. We wanted something with easy access to the city as we were not planning to stay in the VRBO other than to sleep at night and rest if needed. Parking was very tricky, but we figured it out. We would definitely stay there again!
