The house was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There weren’t as many that are listed in the section of beds. I figure somehow they got duplicated in the system. The kitchen was stocked as much as needed. The host was very quick to respond with communication.

In one word, it was bad. There were over 25 bags of trash with food and diapers that had been left behind in the garage. That had caused stench in the house and I had to go in garage to take it all out as it was unbearable. It stayed there out on the street for whole day before owner arranged for trash pickup.( after phone calls and texts). Due to trash in garage the whole house was full of fruit flies, hundreds of them. Had to buy insecticide spray and spray it all in the first floor to get rid of the flies. The WiFi did not work. Had to call the owner to get it fixed. The bathrooms only had hand wash bottles, that too were empty in 3 bathrooms. There was no shampoo or body wash (as most rental properties I have been to have). The comforters on the bed were without covers and two beds did not have covers on the pillows. The owner was able to deliver via Walmart three pillow covers and hand soap for myself to put on, rather than sending a person to fix the problems. The bathroom had only one towel each and no hand towels. If your property is listed to host 12 people then at least have 12 towels and hand towels. I literally had to go to Ross and Walmart to get comforter covers, quilts, towels and soap We were hosting some family from Malaysia and it was extremely embarrassing for us. Perfect hosting is so important for the Asian culture and this totally ruined it. Had to spend my whole time apologizing. The location and property is good but had God awful management!!!

The house and neighborhood is beautiful. The yard was overgrown, there was no coffee pot for the coffee maker, there were no hand towels, kitchen towels or wash rags. We were instructed to in an email to put the trash in the garage but in the original message from the owner it said the garage was off limits. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen table was so dirty that it took several washes to get it clean. The owner said there was a welcome book which we could never find. I sent them a message that they never returned. Overall we had a good time. The house is very spacious. I just was disappointed in the above items.

The house was perfect for our 16 ladies get together over the weekend. It was very spacious in accommodating all of our needs. Excellent for large gatherings and centrally located to good restaurants and shopping.

Our family enjoyed this property with toddlers to teens to adults. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect along with game and theater room. Would suggest more additional bedding for beds not in bedrooms.

I always like to start with the positive. The house is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near the airport, restaurant, and activities. That's it. From check-in to leaving, it was a horrible experience. The house was not professionally cleaned, though the owner lied to say it was. As soon as you walked inside, it reeked of marijuana. The host was aware and claimed to address it, but nothing was done. We had to suffer the smell and buy air purifiers. And, that's not the worst part. The sheets, towels, and comforters were DISGUSTING. They smelled of urine and some of them had white, dried stains on them. You can guess what that was. When we pulled them off, the mattresses were covered in brown spots. IT WAS GROSS! The towels were old and tattered and had hair woven in them from being overused. The refrigerator was filled with old food and used condiments. The bathrooms had no toilet tissue, but did have opened and used toothpaste smeared on the towels and in the sinks. The owner dropped off one small package of toilet tissue and more toothpaste to address all of these issues. I had already purchased tissue, so this was not helpful at all. We informed the owner and he mentioned there may be new linens in the locked closets that we could not access. We had to purchase brand new linens and towels and clean the house when we arrived. We were a group of 14 with little children, some of which have anxiety and learning differences. They would have been very uncomfortable with strangers in the home after the fact. We also, as parents, would have been uncomfortable. All of these issues should have been resolved before our arrival, and we shared this with the owner. To add insult to injury, VRBO was no help either. They asked if we wanted to go to a hotel, but would not offer a refund for the house. We requested that the owner reimburse us for the money spent on the linens, cleaning products, etc. And, we haven't received the partial refund requested either. As lovely as this home looks in the pictures, beware. The owner does not take pride in the cleanliness of the home, nor does he take pride in customer service, though he will claim so. He even lied and said he heard we were having a party, which was not true. He was aware of our large group of kids. There was never any loud music or party happening. I don't ever want anyone to experience this. No one should have to pay to stay in a disgusting space.

This property was great for what we had planned, celebrating the 80th birthdays for my Mom and Dad. The property was large enough to accommodate the number of guests we had. Particularly nice was the ample number of full baths that allowed getting ready to go very smoothly. There were a few items that need to be addressed and are being communicated directly to the owner that will make this a five star rental. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely rent this property again.

House was extremely nice and clean upon arrival. We had 6 adults staying overnight and the house never felt crammed, it has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable, the couch is comfortable, and the amenities were great (game room, movie room). The host was extremely friendly, checked in to make sure everything was okay, and went out of his way to accommodate us. I would definitely book here again.
