Walking distance to downtown, tennis courts, duck watching at Westchester Lagoon, sunsets on the Coastal bike trail, grocery and international bakery. Historic house. Marty communicated with me before and during our stay. The location was close to things we could walk to. Very quiet area with lots of flowers to view. Had a great stay.

The property is perfect for the right guests. As it happens, we love cats, rustic charm, wild flowers and homely comforts so it worked out well. Marty went out of her way to make us feel welcome and gave us great tourist tips. A fun place and great location, close to downtown Anchorage.

Marty has a beautiful property. Its lush gardens are cool and inviting. The unit is on the lower level so it was cooler as well. Short walking distance to great trails, restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store. It is a good location with easy access to anywhere in the city.
