Beautiful, historic hotel in Anchorage. Great location, close to many fun places in Anchorage.
Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. There are some unhoused people in the area, something to keep in mind.
Less than 10 minute walk, all downhill, to the Alaska railroad. Thankfully we had nice, sunny weather so it was an easy walk.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Normal hotel breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
Only negative…no AC. Fans are provided and windows open to let the breeze thru.
Would stay here again. 2 blocks from convention center where Princess cruise buses from. Train station walking distance as well.

My only complaint was that it didn’t have air conditioning. It was probably listed as not having AC but I didn’t think to verify, so that’s on me.

Kelvin at the front desk was great. He helped with our groups bags and loading into our Ubers.
