The location is excellent. Within walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. The room was very nice, with a comfortable mattress and a microwave and mini fridge. The people were excellent. They helped me with my luggage, ensured I had all I needed Katie, Callie, and the rest were super helpful and kind. I liked that is it locally owned and not a huge, corporate hotel.
No elevator, but that wasn’t a huge issue for me (but could be for some people).

It's a nice, reasonably priced place. We like that you can use the door codes to get it - that was easy. Nice to have some parking available.
The door to the restroom was hard to open. There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan, and I don't think we had the controller to turn it on. The heat couldn't be adjusted - we opened the window and it wasn't too bad.

The location and provided parking were convenient and the beds were comfortable.
The ceiling was leaking with towels and trash cans placed underneath when we arrived and no prior notice was given to us, or any communication about it during our stay. The curtains don’t keep out the light which is difficult in the Midnight Sun summers.
