We were a group of 9 persons, adults and teens. Home had plenty of room for everyone. Pool was large and lots of fun. Home is located near attractions that are family friendly. We enjoyed Westerly and Rockport and the beautiful beaches. The main house and the side house both have a washer and dryer - this came in handy!

Property is well situated and very private. House and cottage were clean and well supplied-toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. The pool was fantastic for the kids and the adults. Sun porch was a great spot to sit and chat over coffee and cold drinks. All the furniture is dated and could use an uplift-especially chairs in the kitchen area and in the cottage. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed this property and the pool. Restful, fun vacation - enough room for everyone! The only suggestion we would make us to update the furniture.

This was a perfect home for an amazing trip with children and family. In total we had 8 adults and 3 children who had an absolute blast. The home and pool were great along with the proximity to the beach and local dining. Barry was a very kind, responsive, accommodating, and gracious host. I look forward to returning again next year. Thank you!

We had a great time! We had two families and four kids under ten. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved sleeping up in the top room with the view of the ocean and appreciated the history of the bunker. The pool was so amazing we actually elected to stay there instead of going to the beach a few days. When we did go to the beach it was super close, easy to get to, and very local feeling- which made it even more restful! Lots of food and attractions nearby. Barry was very responsive and friendly to all of our questions. We would highly recommend!

The Listing is not accurate. Bedroom 1: Queen (2) is actually only 1 queen plus a twin bed. Bedroom 2: Queen is correct. Bedroom 3: double is actually a futon that is ONLY accessible by a ladder. Bedroom 4: Sleep Sofa/Fulton King is correct. Bedroom 5 Twin/Single (2) is actually 2 twin mattresses on cot metal frames. The listing states that there is no central A/C but there are window A/C units. There were NO window A/C units in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. There were no AC units in the upper common area or any of the bathrooms. There was ONE single AC unit to cover the entire bottom floor of the house. It was a small, old unit that was not fit to cool the entire downstairs. The Pool was filthy. The filter was either on the lowest setting or not running. The Casita Bathroom is behind a shower curtain IMMEDIATELY when you open the door to walk in. The house is in general disrepair (light fixtures hanging from ceiling, dirty blinds, smelly moldy carpents). And he has an ant problem. Oven in the casita does not work. Owner came to the home and was dismissive of issues. We are an extended family that has rented with VRBO for years. We left early and are waiting on VRBO to make this right.

The good: location, plenty of room, clean, appliances, pool. The bad: a little shabby, front door lock held together with tape, no dishwasher detergent, not enough trash bags, dumpster full, no fan and no curtains on south facing 1st floor "den", screen doors hard to open & close, showers are pretty cramped. For the price we expected a bit more.

Pool was the best part. Very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. House is clean and property manager is very responsive. Beach pass is helpful. Would give it 5 stars but mattresses are soft and need an upgrade. Location is secluded and across a highway. Fine for us but no yard or walking neighborhood unless you cross Rt 1 (but there is a traffic light)
