We came to Tacoma for a concert. We are very pleased with the space. The areas is not very nice so if you have kids I would keep that in mind but the interior is wonderful. Lots of space you could put an air mattress in the main bedroom if needed! We had a great experience here.

The place was fine. Didn't spend much time in it. Beds were comfy and all accommodations met expectations.

The property is very clean and nice. This is exactly what was described in the listing. The neighborhood has security passing through and he warned us about the area and let us know to empty our van of our tools because of the breakins. Which we appreciated the heads up. Overall was a great stay and we did not run into any issues.

It is the bottom floor of a 3rd floor unit and not sure if the 2nd level people always sound like a marching band or just because it was the holidays but I couldn't believe that kids were running around like that knowing there were people under them. There were "house rules" posted when we checked in and it stated quiet hours after 10pm. There was only 1 night that the neighbors followed that tule.

Mike was a very good host helped me get a place over a very short period of time. He is very easy to work with and he responds quickly. His place was very clean and had all fully functional facilities. I would highly recommend him.
