About this house rental
Easy walk to ferry and town, our home is located less than a third of a mile from Main Street cobblestones and steps from two bike paths. Tucked on a quiet side street, the house has ample space to relax and unwind. The sun-lit, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen extends to the private outdoor patio, shower, and firepit. Four generous bedrooms all with private baths, a lower-level family room and laundry round out the floor plan. After a fun day at the beach, enjoy cooking in the spacious, well appointed kitchen or grab take-out and dine al fresco on the patio. Prime location for a bike ride to Cisco or Steps Beach and a walk to Juice Bar and restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE: July and August have a 14 night minimum with a Friday turnover. Other months have a 3 night minimum.
First Floor:
Living room with a gas fireplace and TV that is open to the dining area and kitchen.
Dining room table that seats 8
Kitchen that is fully equipped including top of the line appliances

Sitting nook adjacent to dining area
Second Floor:
3 ensuite bedrooms:
King bedroom including a daybed with a walk-in closet and spacious bath complete with a dual vanity and a large tiled shower with bench.
Two queen bedrooms with built in cabinetry and attached baths with tiled showers complete the second floor.
Lower Level:
Laundry area with built in washer/dryer.
King bedroom including a daybed and trundle, with an adjacent bath that has a tub/shower.
Family room with egress stair that leads to the patio and fire pit.
Outside:
Patio area with a grill, dining table, fire pit, and outdoor shower
Front porch with 3 Adirondack chairs
Off street parking for 2 vehicles
Maximum Occupancy: 8 adults
Minimum age of Renter: 30

Rental Agreement and Payment:
Signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required
50% deposit due at booking, 50% due 90 days ahead of check-in
Refundable Damage Deposit: $4,000
State and Local taxes (11.7%) are added to the rental price
Rental Terms: Friday to Friday rental period for July and August with a 14 night minimum. All other times of year there is a 3 night minimum with a flexible turnover day.

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect! I can’t count how many times we said “I love this house”. Spacious, well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. It was a short walk to town which made the stay so much more enjoyable and effortless. I highly recommend this property to any family or group wishing to visit Nantucket!

Property was fabulous! Clean. spacious and well appointed. Property owners were very accommodating with a request for a longer stay. Great location. We were able to walk to town and restaurants easily. I would highly recommend! Great for couples or a family.

Had a wonderful time at this gorgeous gem of a property on the edge of Nantucket town. It was perfect for our mother/two-daughter trip, making us feel both pampered and at home. We could walk just about anywhere and cook in as well. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
