Situated in Lake Sammamish, this lovely house for $685 per night is a great option for your next break. Completely remodeled home made of old growth timber with breathtaking views of lake Sammamish, Cascade mountains, and state park from every room in the house. The entire house is yours! Indoor wood fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, patio and a large private deck. Take a beautiful nature walk to the lake -brand new dock and diving board. Bring your speed boat, kayaks and paddle boards or swim and enjoy. The entire property has tastefully been updated to be worthy of such a natural beauty, a true paradise! This building was custom built for the first female mayor of Bellevue (Nancy Campbell). The property is .78 ac, one of the largest for private family living on Lake Sammamish. The nature trails on the property, the beach, the dock and diving board are shared with the owner and his guests and occasional visits by landscapers and contractors for repairs and maintenance. At no time during your stay anyone else would be allowed inside the property unless it’s for emergency reasons or requested by you. If you plan to have an event or gathering that would exceed 10 people, you must request permission from the owner and may also require additional group fee.

Had a very enjoyable time at this property. Fabulous view of the lake and loved being able to watch the sun rise each morning while sipping my coffee. The host was was very responsive as well.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hamid's property! The view of the lake is gorgeous, and it was fun seeing how it changed with different weather (rainy, foggy, clear but cloudy, sunny). We also used the fireplace inside a couple times. It is a wonderful homey touch. The shower was great. Hot sauce stocked in the fridge. Hamid was a great host and responded to any messages promptly. He even let us know how conditions were on Crystal Mountain when he was there skiing with his son which was very helpful when planning our ski day.

My family came and stayed for a weekend getaway. It was a beautiful location on the lake. We saw bald eagles and other birds. It was so nice to have a fireplace and a fire pit right outside the back door.

This property was nothing short of breathtaking. Exactly like the listing and then some in person. The house was clean and up to date. The only challenge was finding it initially because it’s hidden behind another house and can’t be seen from the road- but that was stated in the listing. Hamid was a super host, allowed a early check in, came down and met in person to give a walk through. We had a small gathering and he was so helpful with parking and provided some extra chairs. Lovely person. Would recommend this place hands down and will use it again when family is in town.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at the Lake House. Hamid is incredibly responsive and the house has everything we could want. We loved the diving board off the dock, fishing, kayaking etc. Evenings on the deck overlooking the lake were amazing. We were also so close to everything....downtown Seattle, great restaurants and drove one day to Mt. Ranier. A very special vacation....thank you for everything Hamid!

We are a local family and just love lake Sammamish. This home is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the lake. The views cannot be beat. It's truly stunning. The lake is clean and we had lots of fun playing in the water. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Hamid is a wonderful person and gracious host. We plan to stay again and recommend.

Great property. The owner clearly states that you will share the property. He is kind, available and informative. If you're looking for a private lakeside getaway, i wouldn't recommend this listing. We stayed 8 nights and only felt comfortable accessing the beach/dock two of those days. You will definitely be sharing. We felt like we were intruding. The owner lives there full time and enjoys his beautiful property accordingly. After a week of relaxing and venturing out, we'd planned on a quiet, relaxing day of swimming and enjoying the lake before our flight home the following morning. Unfortunately, the owner scheduled some minor dock work that took up most of the day while never communicating anything to us. My vehicle was blocked in by the contractor while the work took place. In hindsight, it was minor work that would probably be better completed when there aren't tenants in the rental. The unit itself is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We didn't bring an animal but the rental is pet friendly, so carpeted areas(stairs and master bedroom) smell of pet urine. The kitchen appliances are nice. The bedroom/living room furniture and mattresses are not. After our first night in the master bedroom, we were not looking forward to another 7 nights on an awful mattress. Overall, a good experience, but could definitely be better.

We rented this place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Newcastle. We had a small function at the backyard which was beautiful. Hamid was very helpful, always available and easy to communicate. Place was clean.

Really enjoyed our time at this cute home with a magnificent view of the lake. It's private, has some nice features inside like a good kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, TV, etc. Pet friendly which is nice. Host is incredibly kind and responsive. Note, he lives on the property in a large house nearby so he's accessible and also occasionally comes into view on the property (so people who may seek extra privacy should know this). We will stay here again, for sure.

Property was as pictured. Setting and views were amazing. Hamid was friendly and accommodating . The lake house had a lot of space for friends and family. Kitchen appliances and utensils were great. Maybe a few more wine glasses. Plenty of towels and crisp white bedding. Deck, fire pit, beach and dock were great spaces for relaxing and entertaining outdoors. Could use more comfortable seating tho. Easy checking in/out. Highly recommend!!
