This beautiful basement apartment was designed to accommodate the needs of traveler that come to the Denver area for business or pleasure. Think of this as your home away from home. It is designed for a peaceful and tranquil experience for our guests. This space has blackening shades and curtains, with noise reducing insulation in ceiling to provide for more restful sleep. It has a full kitchen, a Kohler tub, heater flooring in BR, with Washer/Dryer in Unit for your convenience. And an amazing wood-burning fireplace. The couch converts to a queen size Serta bed for your guests that may come in for a visit.

Good location, converted basement. Worked great for our needs. Clean, pretty quiet even though it backs to freeway.

Property was fine. Host greeted us initially and was friendly. During our stay we didn't realize there was going to be a dog barking every time there was movement by the entrance that we pass to get to and from the play we stayed. Also, u could hear footsteps and things being dropped on the floor above us. We also had to dodge the sprinkler and the car parked in driveway which made it inconvenient to come and go. Day of checkout, host asked if she could turn off water for 10mins so the sprinkler guy could make a repair. This was half hr b4 checkout... not sure why this couldn't have been proactively schedule around our stay. Host messages later that sprinkler guy was scheduled to following day. I also asked the host if we could borrow a cooler and she obliged, although we had to dig out of her backyard and clean the dirt from the top and inside. During this conversation she thought I was ask8ng for temp to be cooler in the unit... this led to discussion of having window unit air conditioner being installed by her son, which never happend.All in all just felt like the value wasn't there due to the inconveniences we encountered.
