A iniciativa do proprietário que resolveu investir na recuperação deste imóvel. Tem todo o mérito. As camas eram confortáveis. Os quartos não tinham ar condicionado, mas estavam aquecidos com aquecedor a óleo. O cuidado de deixar um pão e leite e manteiga. Os vários condimentos que existiam na cozinha, café, detergente, enfim ... o que se precisa logo no início. Inclusive lenha.

Não existia placa de Alojamento Local. Melhorar alguns pontos da limpeza entre diferentes hóspedes. A iluminação da sala (não permite desligar algumas lâmpadas).
