Nos a gustado muchísimo el lugar.

En general la residencia está súper bien ubicada y El servicio de óseo piscina bar bien.

Que no pudimos utilizar ni lavadora ni restaplatos porque el vecino de abajo se quejo que el agua le entrada a su piso. Eso fue desde el primer día. Para nosotros era muy necesario eso sobre todo lo de la ropas de cama y toallas.

Un desastre

Que tiene parking. La simpatía de la pareja que nos entregó la llave.

Que el cuarto de baño tiene un agujero en el techo por el que cae una gotera. Al llegar nos entregaron las sábanas para que nos hiciéramos la cama nosotros mismos. Al llegar al apartamento no había toallas y al día siguiente, al devolver las llaves, nos dijeron que teníamos que haberlas pedido antes y que eran de alquiler. Todo muy surrealista. No volveremos.

Calidad/precio regular

-La tranquilidad de la zona, -La limpieza del apartamento en general correcta, -La terraza grande y con bonitas vistas,

-No son 2 baños, son 1 baño y un aseo, el aseo es muy pequeño e incomodo para abrir y cerrar la puerta cuando estas dentro. -El tema de la piscina, la inmobiliaria que lleva el apartamento NO suele avisar a los propietarios del residencial que van a acceder X personas del apartamento a la piscina, por lo que cuando entras te interroga el propietario que es el que lleva el bar ( bastante antipático y arisco) y al no ser avisado te impide la entrada a la piscina… por lo que tienes que molestarte en llamar y reclamar, y entonces es cuando ya avisan… por lo que nos dio a entender, tienen poca comunicación entre ellos…. -La puerta del portal del edificio casi imposible abrirla con la llave, la cerradura en mal estado y te pegas un buen rato hasta que puedes entrar al edificio. -El mando del aire acondicionado escondido no se si por los de la inmobiliaria o por el personal de la limpieza por el sitio en el que estaba escondido…. -No dan toallas -Para acceder o salir del residencial con el coche tienes que bajarte del coche para abrir la puerta porque no es automática.

En general la residencia está súper bien ubicada y El servicio de óseo piscina bar bien.
