Mark was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The house has a very nice floor plan for family gatherings. It’s also clean and bright with a new kitchen and bathrooms. The furniture is extremely comfortable, especially the beds. We’ll be back!

A very comfortable home that we enjoyed with our family to celebrate our recent wedding. Spacious home was adequately stocked, and great parking. Perhaps a few of the mattresses could be updated, but we thoroughly enjoyed our week here! Overall we’d recommend this!

Nice house up in the hills with great views. Easy assess to Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. Very quiet neighborhood Multi bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One connected to master and the other in hallway. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped, we were able to cook at home a few nights. Gas grill worked well. Nice outdoor seating and dining arrangements. And thanks for the use of the beach chairs. They were perfect for watching the fireworks from the beach. Would definitely book again
