The location and the facilities are amazing
We were expecting a wet room as advertised on the booking as my mum is in a wheelchair but it’s now a shower cubicle which my mum couldn’t use.

Loved that there were no stairs, I have a damaged ankle so access was great, loved the lodge, bed was too soft for me but thats a personal choice.
Unfortunately there was a party next door, they were very respectful and tried to keep quiet.
However, I was unable to sleep with my bedroom window open as they were celebrating the birthday in the garden and my bedroomwindow openedin their garden, I am such a light sleeper I had zero sleep the first night and I had to pinch my aunts fan to sleep the second night, having a very loud fan helped block the noise, the white noise helped me sleep better than the radio did the night before.
I had stayed once before at the cheaper lodge "The Barn" although it doesn't have a sofa, it has a 4 seater table and chairs the beds are firmer and extremely comfortable, its ridiculously quiet at thr barn and for personal choice I prefer the detached Barn next time we come to Kent, we only use our accommodation as a base to Visit family as we moved from Kent to Dorset in 2008, so although its nice to have a couch, i would prefer the peace better..
I found the lodges on booking.com and in my opinion they are a hidden gem for people to ise as a base, , the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the accommodation is super clean and the location is just perfect! You can go to any direction with ease!.

I liked that it was clean, a good size, and the cow pictures
The pillows were stained, it needs new fresh pillows.

Spacious, generally clean, clean bathroom and good shower. Kitchen had good facilities for a short stay, no freezer. WiFi and 1 large tv for the kids.
There weren’t real dislikes, but the sheets didn’t fit the bed and the walls are thin. We had some noisy neighbours, 1am through to 4/5am that found it funny to sit outside and drink and shout.
