Great location. Close to Minnis Bay beach. Good location to get to other parts of the area, such as Margate and other beaches.
The only downside was walking up and down three floors from kitchen to living area. But was a great spacious space!

The heating reset itself unless you continually went to change the thermostat. The house was cold and woke up cold

It is our second visit and we were all very happy to be staying here again! The house is lovely with great facilities (the washer and drier are very much appreciated!) and the location is perfect for visiting the area especially with the Minnis Bay crabbing pool practically on the doorstep! Everyone loves the light and airy family living room on the top floor.

Great location as we didn't have far to carry fishing gear. Very comfortable bed and good size double room, and the bathroom was nice. My friends shared the bunk beds and they were surprised at how sturdy they seemed.
Not keen on the layout with the kitchen on the ground floor and the dining area on the 2nd floor. It was a bit cramped for the table and uncomfortable chairs in the kitchen so we didn't use those. Not enough frying pans to make a cooked breakfast and took us a while to figure out the electric cooker. No freezer either. The property was advertised as having a garden which doesn't exist so had to get up very early to take the dog out. Not enough loo rolls supplied so glad we brought our own! The inside of the house is of a good standard but the outside needs repainting.
