Wet room floor, badly installed. The water didn't drain away We were left with a pool of water under the wash basin.

Ideally situated to explore Thanet and the surrounding areas.

We chose the accommodation for location and it was ideally situated for our requirements. Easy access to Whitsatble, Herne Bay and Broadstairs The farm shop had a varied selection of good quality food and drink. The accommodation had all of the essentials we required.

The wet room leaked out in to living area. The settees weren't very comfortable. We took parents in their 80's and there was insufficient back support.
