About this apartment rental
This condo is located just across the street from the beach. It is an easy stroll to the village area where there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also charming shops, the pier for watching the dolphins or just strolling. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is an easy walk right by the Lighthouse.
The condo is located on the first floor with a walk out patio and has a partial view of the ocean. This unit was renovated 2022 and has many upgrades... quartz counter tops, separate icemaker, stainless fridge and stove, and a stylish and comfortable built-in eating area.
All furnishings are new, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind!

Location location location!! We could walk to so many places and right across street from beach! Updates and well decorated condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Quiet neighborhood and a great experience

Our family loved our stay on Saint Simons Island. The house is perfectly located across the street from the beach and to the pier/village. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This property is in the perfect location- right across the street is a lovely beach/ easy beach access and a 5 min walk takes you to shops, restaurants, the pier, and the lighthouse. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Melanie was great and super responsive. We will definitely come back!

Everything was just as advertised and perfect for our needs. Would stay there over and over again! Only problem, which thankfully was only the last night, was that we could hear every step taken from the family that came in upstairs both very early and late :)
