Really nice located, on the beach, with parking. The room had a beach view and the sound of the waves was calming. The beach is nice, not too crowded, and you can rent SUP or hydrobike. Is also close to Santanyi and a Lidl
The sink/shower water was a bit salty and at some point it seemed that the water dried up… we had to wait 10 minutes and then continue the shower. Also, you can hear the waves and if there’s a party nearby.

Very close to Santanyi beach and we can see it from the balcony.
The food in the restaurant were very good so I highly recommend this place for dine in
NO AC!!! So during the summertime is very hot even they have 2 fans for the room but they’re not enough.
The bathroom quite small and the floor is very slippery. The shower tap is broken, and sometimes even after turning it off repeatedly, the water still keeps dripping. The room is not cleaned every day either. But the thing that shocked me the most about the whole island of Mallorca is that even the tap water used for brushing your teeth or showering still tastes slightly salty.

It is a simple place, needs a retrofit. Good for short stay.
The noise and smell from the restaurant downstairs is not good. The room was in the 1st floor and the sitting area of the hotel restaurant is below the window.

Private event disco on last day was horrible. so loud that in our roon, it was like a physical assault. We could not hear each other speak. Went off at 1130 but it was way afer midnight before we finally got to sleep, before an early start next day. Unacceptable. For this reason, I would not stay here again
