The location is superb - just 1 minute walk to the main beach La Kontxa. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is also quite close to the old quarter and the Gros area. The flat is very functional and clean. It is well equipped although we didn't use many of the appliances since food is so nice outside. Aa Donostia was the end of our holidays, it was appreciated we could use a washing machine to clean up our very salty towels.
The shutters were stuck open in the living room. It was a problem for us as we had one guest sleeping on the sofa. Also it is quite noisy in the area in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the windows closed. It provides good insulation but the heat in the room goes up.

Posizione favolosa a pochi passi dalla spiaggia la Concha. Centro storico a 10 minuti. La spiaggia Gros per il surf è distante a piedi. Parcheggio molto lontano dalla casa ma è indispensabile in agosto per la carenza di parcheggi in strada. Durante la semana grande ci sono i fuochi artificiali tutte le sere.
Appartamento non condizionato e strada rumorosa. Difficoltoso carico e scarico dei bagagli.

Appartement spacieux, hyper central à San Sebastian, tres bien situé a deux pas de la plage, proche des commerces, bars et restaurants.
un grand salon avec grand ventilo, canapé convertible, cuisine équipée propre, salle de bains propre avec toilettes. nombreux rangements. au 1er étage d'une résidence, calme balcon qur rue, chambre spacieux avec grand lit confortable et ventilo, et rangements. Ascenseur propre et disponible.
Deco de certains meubles un peu vieille qui gagnerait à être rafraîchie,

Location of the property to shopping the beach and the old town, train station and bus station. Located in a lovely residential block. Deserves high marks for location
Very basic facilities like two wine glasses and very small amount of ware etc. one pillow per person (I like two) no soaps anywhere. Which was a pity because sometimes it’s the little things that can make a huge difference. Also noise from toilets of apartments above us. Plus very small shower unit.
