The apartment itself is very nice and tidy. Lots of great natural light in the apartment and good facilities. It is in the city centre of Lisbon and you’re very close to public transport and electric bikes and scooters that you can rent nearby.
The communication with Whome was absolutely horrible. The security deposit wasn’t mentioned very clearly before hand and seemed almost sketchy. Their english was poor and once we got to the property we had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before we could reach Whome by Whatsapp to be able to get into the apartment when they knew exactly when we were arriving. The cleaner was still in the property when we arrived, and he had to give us all the details about how everything works because that was not provided before hand. The apartment is located in a bad street, although it’s towards the end of the street so we didn’t really have to deal with it much. There’s a bunch of groups of intimidating men around and even people smoking all types of things right next to the apartment. The AC barely worked.

DirtyDirtyVery clean, location, close to the town centre, but not the neighbourhood .Bedroom bed exceptionally comfortable.Very spacious.
Neighbourhood,very dirty and noisy.
Miscommunication about the check in ,when I booked ,I wasn’t aware a deposit is needed.the previous e mail saying that a person will meet and get us into the property, then 2 days before out trip we found out about a deposit,I would say quite substantial. The owner needs to make this known when you’re booking the property.
Coffee machine not working, when we tried it spilled water everywhere.
