I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere of this Aloft. Super friendly staff, a lobby/bar area that is fun to hang out in, and its convenient (for me) location.
During our latest stay here, we were dismayed to find the lobby area in need of a good cleaning when we came down to get some coffee and breakfast. A cleaner showed up while we were eating, but maybe start earlier? At 7:30 a.m., tables were tacky, chairs were dirty, everything felt like it needed to be washed down before we could sit and eat.
This is the second time we have stayed here when the lobby has felt like it’s been taken over by kid sports teams - although they have been generally friendly and respectful.
