It was a perfect size for 4 adults , immaculately clean , lots of toiletries free to use including, shampoos, sun creams etc , hosts very helpful with local information. Tram stop and bus stops nearby.
Dark inside as security shutters down permanently so no outlook or daylight into the ground floor apartment. The beds were uncomfortable , location wasn’t so great for us as we preferred being more central so spent alot in taxis ( just our preference as there is some traditional tapas bars nearby ) beach 20 min walk .

First of all the apartment was comfortable for 5 adults, the AC was fully operating and everything was clean. There is a fully equipped station downstairs with spf creams, beach towels, sun umbrellas and even volleyballs. The staff is friendly, we received some recommendations for great restaurants in Alicante

Really good location. Communication with the host was excellent. Clear instructions, good recommendations for plans and restaurants.
The kitchen is not properly shown on the ad (when I booked it) but it had everything necessary for a long stay including stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans... everything.
The place was cool with central AC and very comfy. Having our own private terrace made it super enjoyable too.
Also, super close to Mercadona which is a super plus if you want to save money on food and close enough to the good side of the beach. On this side there's a cool bar on the beach and there's less people than on the other side.
Not much to say. Small details, like I prefer hard pillows and that one day the cleaning lady was a bit loud on the phone when working but nothing that ruined the experience at all.
