The common area (breakfast, dining, pool) is amazing.
Very good drinks and food prepared by the kitchen.
No generator in case of a blackout, which for us lasted one day from 3 to 10 pm.
Receptionist only present for usual check-in and check-out hours.

Breakfast was excellent. Location a bit far from things but I actually loved it. Peaceful and serene.
Honestly, view was incredible, pool amazing and food delicious. One thing I didn't like was that some items were missing from the menu as I wanted to try everything and the cocktails as well. Maybe more training on the different alcohols. I know it's a Muslim country and many don't drink but I was able to identify the same alcohol in many drinks. When I questioned the staff they admitted it. However, the staff were amazing and accommodating. More training on the bar and take things off the menu you don't have. Otherwise, beautiful stay.

Beautiful location
Best breakfast we had in one month in Lombok
Check in by someone not speaking English, showing us a message on a phone telling us we were booked for 2 days, even though we were booked for 5.
We repeatedly had to ask the staff to turn down the music in the restaurant. It was turned up again at the first opportunity.
Ordered diner in our room via WhatsApp. got told okay but diner was never prepared.

Good food good people awesome view. But didn’t even feel safe in this temporary mini home. It looks like Mac Gyver did it in the hurry. the access road is just a nightmare.
