An absolutely amazing place to stay in Valencia! The room is spacious, modern and clean. It is equipped with everything you might need for a short time stay.
The location is on a quiet street, but within walking distance to the Turia Gardens and the old city.
The staff was very helpful providing all the necessary instructions before the check-in and assistance during our stay
As of the 10th of September 2026 the only downside is the loud construction site right next to the building.

the apartment was exactly as it was on the photos. It's located on a quiet street, so no noise. Also, there was a nice little bar on the corner ot the street - literally 20 seconds away from the apartment building. A working AC unit came in handy as I was staying during hot time of the year

The location is good, in a quiet residential area. About ten minute walk from the historical center. Bar Ricardo across the street is the best restaurant we ate in across a week in Spain. The apartment is quiet, pleasant and modern. Very well-equipped and everything works. Central air, lovely bathroom. Everything done very professionally, but the apartment still didn't feel sterile the way some managed properties do.
It would have been nice to have at least a curtain to separate the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area, even if there's not enough space to put in a real door.
