Spacious room. Coffee and tea facilities with cookies.
The serving staff were very kind.
Large field for the dogs next door.
Prices of the food are acceptable.
Bed small and uncomfortable mattress felt like a plank. The breakfast room carpet (dogs allowed) was very dirty. Some mold in the bathroom. Bathroom door could have a clean.
Room not cleaned every day only coffee mugs tea and cookies restocked.
We stayed in this hotel for two days and both days we had breakfast and dinner, choices are okay but quality of the food could be a bit better. Hamburger baked to long and from the breakfast I ordered ham tomatoes and cheese which was cold served. It was on the menu between the list of the warm served food like scrambled eggs fully English etc so it was a bit of a disappointment that it was served cold.

Both the room and the bathroom were huge.
Plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Central heating was not working but 2 electric radiators were provided. They did a great job, very useful and fast.
Staff was really nice.
Towels smelled like unproperly dried clothes.
The room was very noisy, windows were very poor isolating both noises and cold.
Breakfast is barely decent. I “porridge” - it was just some water-boiled oats (no flavor, no spices, not creamy at all). Some poached eggs with grilled tomatoes (these were tasty - even though I am not really sure how can you mess up some eggs), a lot of toast (but it was cold). The food took a long time to come even though we were the only guests in the breakfast room at that time.

It wasn’t the cleanest for the price we paid for our room. The room floor was all sticky & mould in the bathroom. The springs on the bed were poking through so we actually had to lie on the duvet for a bit of comfort.
The restaurant where we had dinner wasn’t clean either as the food that was all over the floor was still there when we went down for breakfast.
