The staff were fantastic. The quality and consistency of the food was excellent.
There was necessary refurbishment and upgrade ongoing during our stay which impacted access and egress, parking and overall spa experience.

Really lovely hotel. Very large staircase to reception after entering the hotel with a longish straight staircase, simple to climb although there is also a lift.
Staff very friendly and accommodating, really good choice at breakfast too, buffet self serve with a wide choice of options. Room was beautiful - large bed, bathroom had a walk in shower plus a bath. Plenty of wardrobe space, very clean spacious room with tea/coffee facilities and bottle of water provided.

Amazing view and a lovely quiet location away from the high street. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable, bright and airy with lots of natural light.
The decor is a bit tired, as were the furnishings in my room. Also, I thought the food was somewhat mediocre.
