Location. Shared terraces overlooking Paseo Montejo. The Trattoria downstairs is great and very lively.
Some staff not friendly or helpful. Aden, on the reception, was the exception.
Large room with no seating. 1 chair but obviously had space where a sofa had been

Location.
We were there for a concert and arrived 2:00 pm for check in and weren’t able to get an early check in. There was a used soap in the shower which we weren’t able to let the front desk know because we were in a hurry. I usually take my shoes off as soon as I enter a room where I’m going to get rest and the floor was absolutely filthy. I couldn’t believe how my feet were so I checked my socks from the day we arrived and they were incredibly dirty. We will not recommend or stay at this place ever again. We were very disappointed since its rating and most reviews are ok.
