La ubicación es increíble, frente a Casas Gemelas en Paseo Montejo de Mérida. Una zona comercial muy céntrica.
El hotel es muy limpio y las habitaciones amplias.
El estacionamiento está por la calle de atrás y llevábamos maletas grandes.
Hay que cruzar la calle para accesar al hotel por la parte trasera.

La ubicación. Tiene buena limpieza, el staff es atento y amable. El wifi es rápido
Lo complicado e inseguro del estacionamiento del lugar. Las almohadas estaban bastante duras e incómodas y en el área del alberca sería bueno tener más cuidado con la limpieza y no dejar suministros de mantenimiento en el paso de los huéspedes

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene una muy buena ubicación. Muy amable el personal de recepción.
La limpieza deja mucho que desear hay muchas cucarachas, las almohadas huelen mal desde que llegamos, nunca estuvo limpia la habitación el piso súper sucio desde el primer día que llegamos.
