They never provided an iron I requested. There was an Iron board in the room, but no iron.

Great location, right behing Montejo avenue.
The breakfast that was included in the rate, was just the continental breakfast, we were not allowed to access the full buffet, only half of it.

Location was good and the room was clean but small and for 2 people they leave 1 bottle of water? The parking was good and free but had issue getting out as card did not work but they came and fixed.
The pool was very small and unsupervised by staff so kids were jumping into pool which is not safe for them or others as pool small and shallow. The breakfast was a very simple and cold breakfast which should be highlighted to gests when booking and very basic not what we expected from the Marriott and not wat we get at other stays
