Breakfast is simple, but is enough. Staff are very polite, gentleman, and help me with my staying. Getting taxi on street, advise about where visit at the city
Toilets was smelling really bad. It looks like had not been cleaned.

Very nice staff, very good location in the middle of town. Quiet. Possible to store luggage.
Room is simple, not very comfortable. Shower had no curtain, so things outside get wet.

The location is very nice, right in front of Casa de la Moneda and the main Plaza. The old man and the young guys at the reception are kind.
My room was very noisy and the lady from the reception was very rude. I asked to use the kitchen just to sit at a table to eat and at first she said no, then I argued and she let me just sit there, but with a very bad attitude.

Location. Cheapest for the location compared to the others around
Very old building and a bit dirty.... Needs some renovation and maintenance.....bed linen and matress specially
They do not provide with towek for prived room
