Liebevoll gestalteter Innenhof, Zimmer alle zum Hof, sehr hilfsbereit auch bei Extrawünschen, Einchecken in den frühen Morgenstunden völlig problemlos, Flughafen Shuttle für uns bestellt- und Mango, der Hund, ist einfach nur lieb.

De mensen waren bijzonder hulpvaardig en begripvol toen we door ziekte van een van ons, plotseling naar het ziekenhuis moesten, en een kamer wilden cancelen.
De douches waren wat klein, en je moet met de koudwater kraan spelen om een warme douche te krijgen. Ook waren niet alle matrassen even comfortabel.

Friendly staff (even with language barrier) booked us taxi
The bathroom was not cleaned - hairs all over the shower
Shower was boiling hot with no option to cool it down. Could barely wash hair it was too hot
States check in is at 8am, confirmed was arriving at 6am prior to stay but when arrived was told check out for guests is 10am so room may not be available til then. Why state check is at 8am if room not going to available especially when confirm in advance arriving at 6am? Led to inconvenience sitting in lounge, hanging around to try get into room to have shower and freshen up after night bus.
However at 9am, we were allowed into a different room to shower. But again had to move luggage back out, leave stuff again in lounge as our own room wasn't gonna be ready for a while.
