Its character, amazing building with original period features. Beautiful and very opulent.
The cracking floors and it was a bit cold.

- beautiful house
- spacious room
- shower and toilet is a minute walk away from room
- rooms are really noisy facing the street (there are just very thin doors)
- if you want to pay by cash in Bolivianos you gonna get really bad exchange rate; but you can pay with paypal

Was very central and clean. We loved the historic style of the place.
- We were charged 1 to 10 rather than the official boliviano rate (7) which is annoying because its unfair on travellers. Why not charge straight from the booking site?..
- Room was loud and night and morning as it faces straight on the street
