The host was helpful, explaining why we could not stay, and that the room should not have been shown as available.
Not being able to stay due to the room not being available, despite being shown on the website. (In error).
The system won't let me leave the rating for my stay blank. The 10 is solely for the host explaining the problem, and dealing with a disappointed customer.

Really nice accommodation very cosy, we have stayed with Patricia twice before but at the retreat, so the Haven was a very nice surprise, location is ideal, easy to get to from M5, and ideal for visiting lots of locations, there is also a nice quiet walk around the harbour and if the tide is out you can walk on the shoreline alongside the rail tracks, the local pub is fantastic for a meal too

Lovely quaint little apartment, Kitchen was compact but had everything we needed. The host, Trish was amazing picked us up from the train station when we arrived as train station was a bit of a walk with cases and took us back when we were going home. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She left us a cream tea on arrival with extra biscuits and put an anniversary banner on the hot tub for us coming home after and anniversary meal which was a lovely touch, lovely lady. Views were lovely too
