Located just 300 yards from the wide, sandy beach and crashing waves in the desirable North End of Seaside, this getaway is the perfect place to fully experience the beauty of the Oregon Coast. After a fun-filled day of explorations, spend time in the inviting outdoor spaces. Enjoy lunch at the picnic table in the front yard and watch the kids shoot hoops in the driveway. Out back, a fenced yard provides a grassy space for yard games. Additional outdoor seating is stored inside the garage, and an outdoor shower is located around the side of the house. Ample social space abounds inside as well. Cozy up with a good book next to the gas fireplace in the living room, and find additional hangout space in the loft. Prepare favorite foods with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, thanks to a full roster of helpful gadgets, including a crockpot, griddle, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and blender. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for home-cooked meals. Added perks include a second refrigerator in the garage, a provided baby gate, and high-speed WiFi - perfect for working remotely. Your rental is located in the desirable North End of Seaside, just steps from one of Oregon’s best beaches where you can hunt for sand dollars, build sandcastles, and dig for razor clams. Take a walk or bike ride on the Promenade, known by locals as the Prom, a 1.5-mile oceanfront path boasting gorgeous views. THINGS TO KNOW Your rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. A quick hike down a beach trail gets you to the water in about 6 minutes. The North end of Seaside is quiet and private. This is a great touch down spot for a fun family get away.

We wanted low key and relaxing and it was exactly that. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. We were able to walk to the boardwalk as well. The only issue we had was the master bath toilet running constantly. I left a note about it with the manager. Hopefully that gets fixed (for their sake!) We loved it decided to celebrate by having an anniversary trip every year! Haha! Did we just create a thing?

The house was so relaxing, a lovely addition to our annual Seaside visit. Our favorite part was that is had a big loft with a couch to watch movies and see people from up high! Thank you so much for making our stay even better!

This was a great place for us to stay! Plenty of room for our family. There was a nice short walking path to the beach from the house. Also had an outside shower faucet for all of us to rinse the sand off.

Wonderful property and location. Property managers were very responsive when I had questions. Note: when asked about grills for cooking, I was told there was a charcoal AND a gas grill—that is mot accurate; there is only a charcoal grill.

The dryer was broken the whole stay, unfortunately we were counting on using it. The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t flush without water being dumped in. The hall bathroom sink would hardly drain and the house is almost across from a wastewater plant the was running all the time and occasionally letting off obnoxious fumes

Wonderful location at the north end of seaside. Short walk to the beach, plenty of amenities in the home and lots of beach toys for the kids. Would definitely stay here again, although the lack of air conditioning on what happened to be the hottest days of the year was an unfortunate coincidence.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very accommodating. The upstairs bedrooms had pretty uncomfortable beds, but it worked out since we just had the kids up there. We found that we really had everything we needed! From extra sand toys to all of the kitchen pots/pans for making our daughters birthday cake. We really enjoyed our stay
